Terms of service

These terms apply to the LamaCP software ("LamaCP"), to licenses for it and to this website. LamaCP is made by ArBil Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Otomasyon San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"), Hacı Halil Mh. 1207 Sk. No:1/5, 41400 Gebze/Kocaeli, Türkiye. By installing LamaCP or buying a license you agree to these terms.

1. Buying through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.

2. The license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use LamaCP on one server for each license you hold, within the limits of the plan you chose, for as long as the license is paid for. Without a license, LamaCP runs on the Free plan within its limits, at no charge.

You may use LamaCP to host your own sites and to sell hosting to your customers. You may not sell, rent or give away LamaCP itself or your license key, use one license on more than one server, or work around the license checks or limits. LamaCP is not sold to you: we keep all rights in it that these terms do not grant.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; the license then runs until the end of the period paid for. When a plan changes, the difference is charged or credited at once. If a payment fails, the license continues for a short grace period, after which the server falls back to the Free plan's limits. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail.

4. License checks

Once a day, LamaCP sends lamacp.com its license key, an identifier of the installation and the server, its version, its host name and how many domains, accounts and databases it runs. We use this only to renew the license and to keep it to one server. See the privacy policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your server, for what you and your customers host on it, for backups of your data, and for keeping your accounts and keys secret. Do not use LamaCP for anything unlawful.

6. Support and installation

We provide support by e-mail on working days, and install LamaCP for you on request, free of charge and without a guaranteed response time. When you give us access to your server for an installation, we use it only for that and you should change it afterwards.

7. Warranty and liability

LamaCP is provided "as is". We work to keep it secure and reliable, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

We may end a license that is used against these terms, after telling you and giving you a chance to put it right where that is possible. You may stop using LamaCP at any time.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we tell paying customers about important changes by e-mail. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
