Privacy policy

Your server

Sites, mail, databases and files on a server running LamaCP stay on that server. We have no access to them unless you give it to us, for example for an installation.

License checks

Once a day a server with a license sends lamacp.com its license key, random identifiers of the installation and of the machine, the LamaCP version, the server's host name and IP address, and how many domains, accounts and databases it runs. We use this to renew the license, to keep it to one server and to show you in your account where it is used. It is kept while the license exists and for twelve months after.

Buying

Paddle.com, our merchant of record, processes your payment and your billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your e-mail address, your country, what you bought and the state of your subscription, and keep them as long as the law requires us to keep sales records.

Your account

When you sign in, we send a sign-in link to your e-mail address and keep a session for 30 days in a cookie that is only used for this. We keep a record of the changes you make to your licenses.

Installation requests and e-mail

When you ask us for an installation or write to us, we keep your name, e-mail address, company, the server details you give and our correspondence, to answer you, for up to two years.

This website

The website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. The pricing page loads Paddle's checkout from Paddle's servers.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you may object to how we use it, by writing to billing@lamacp.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
