The reseller made when LamaCP is installed counts as the first. Domains can belong to customers or to resellers themselves.
Questions about buying
How do I get my license key?
Right after paying, on the page you are taken to, and by e-mail. In your panel, open Server › License, enter the key and press Activate.
What happens when a payment fails or I cancel?
Nothing stops. The server keeps running everything it has; after a short grace period it falls back to the Free plan's limits, so you cannot add more than Free allows until you renew. Sites over the limit are paused only after 30 days of warnings, and you choose which ones stay.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time in your account. You pay or are credited the difference at once.
Can I move a license to another server?
Yes. Free it from the old server in your account, then activate it on the new one.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of a purchase. See our refund policy.
