Refund policy

If LamaCP is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first or a renewal, without giving a reason.
How to ask
Write to billing@lamacp.com with the e-mail address you bought with, or reply to Paddle's receipt and ask Paddle directly. Paddle, our merchant of record, makes the refund to the way you paid; it usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to the license
A refunded license ends when the refund is made, and the server falls back to the Free plan's limits. Nothing on the server is deleted.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time in your account; the subscription then does not renew, and the license runs until the end of the period paid for. Periods already started are not refunded after 14 days, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
